Pricing & Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted only once we dispatch the product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK and selected EU countries.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on product pages. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Jaecoo Bikes does not accept returns or offer refunds in any circumstances.

In the event that a product part is delivered damaged or becomes faulty during shipping, customers may request a replacement part only.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

Jaecoo Bikes will, at its discretion, provide a replacement part after verification. In some cases, the damaged part must be returned before a replacement is issued.

Full product returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law regarding faulty goods.

Warranty

All Jaecoo Bikes products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage caused by misuse or accidents
– Unauthorised modifications or repairs
