At Jaecoo Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains our warranty coverage and how we handle damaged or faulty items.

Warranty Coverage

All Jaecoo Bikes products come with a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty periods:

  • Motor: 12 Months
  • Battery: 12 Months
  • Controller & Electrical Components: 6 Months
  • Frame: 12 Months

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Water damage beyond product IP rating
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or maintenance

No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the nature of electric vehicles and logistics costs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in any circumstances.

Please review product specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Parts on Arrival

If a part arrives damaged or becomes faulty during shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

Once approved:

✅ We will ship a replacement part at no additional cost
❌ Full product replacement, return, or refund is not provided

Return of Damaged Part

In some cases, we may request that the damaged part be returned to us before sending the replacement.

  • The customer must ship the damaged part back
  • Return instructions will be provided by our support team

Failure to return the damaged part may result in the replacement request being declined.

Installation Responsibility

Replacement parts are supplied only.
Installation or fitting costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
