Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom (UK)
- Selected European Union (EU) countries

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Orders: 5–10 business days
- EU Orders: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service, location, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all UK orders
- EU shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties or import taxes for EU orders (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Jaecoo Bikes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the courier may hold the parcel or return it to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply for resending the order.
